Job Profile :

1. Minimum experience of min. 4 years in Bpo Recruitment or IT Recruitment or Lateral Recruitment as a Team Lead/ Assistant Manager.
2. Team Handling experience is must.
3. Good knowledge of Job Portals.
4. Client Handling experience would be an added advantage.
5. Good Communication Skills.
