Job Description

 We are hiring for  Java Production Support Lead/Manager.

 

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 8+yrs.

CTC : Upto 30 LPA.

 

Job Summary :

Who are we looking for?

Looking for a Production support Technical Project Manager - 24X7 Java/J2EE professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve business goals.

Technical Skills:

·         Basic Java, J2EE understanding of Microservices concepts

·          Should have experience in Production Support to work on L2, L3 ticket for 24X7 support

·          Experience in analyzing the incident tickets, and support on time to close

·         Good in communication with client, and have clear in explanation

·          Good in able support 24X7 on incident and understand the issues in ticket

·         Knowledge on event-based and message-driven distributed system

·         Expert level programming skills in Java / J2EE

·         Good Exposure to Cloud Framework technologies, like PCF etc.

·         Good Exposure to Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Data

·         Strong familiarity with web servers and load balancing technologies

·         Hands on coding experience & deployment on Linux/Unix based environment

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for all production support issues

·         Oversee and manage a team of production support analysts

·         Ensure that all production support issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

·         Escalate production support issues to senior management as necessary

·         Monitor and report on production support KPIs

·         Work with other departments to ensure that production support needs are being met

·         Develop and implement processes and procedures for production support

·         Train new employees on production support processes and procedures

·         Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for production support

·         Identify opportunities for improvement within the production support process

·         Implement changes to the production support process as necessary

·         Manage production support budgets

 

Process Skills:

·         Adapt with Industry coding standards and estimation techniques

·         Working experience on Agile methodology

Behavioral Skills:

·         Excellent verbal and written communication and client interaction

·         Excellent organization and time management skills

·         Good Customer interaction

Qualification:

·         BE (Computer Science)
