Job Title: Transaction Monitoring Lead/Analyst

Job Role: Team manager/ Service Delivery Manager/Analyst

CTC: upto 7.5 lpa.

Experience: 4+yr

Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting/ Any other Degree with relevant experience.

Job Summary: 

candidate must have experience in AML and transaction monitoring.

Ø  Should have experience in leading Compliance professionals executing L1 and L2 AML TM reviews. 

Ø  Have hands on experience in developing and executing training to the team members of investigators and TLs.

Ø  Experience in maintaining procedural and guidance documents being up to date as per current standards of Global Standards

Ø  Establish and conduct oversight of operations functions engaged in the handling/resolution of BSA/AML reviews.

Ø  Determine emerging risk impacting transaction monitoring and AML typologies.

Ø  Analyze data, prepare, and present regional and global reports related to AML monitoring, and related issues and escalations.

Ø  Initiate, assess, and determine quality and recommend solutions to improve and deliver sustaining and effective monitoring, and investigative handling processes.

Ø  Provide oversight and support services for groups that impact AML transaction monitoring, process, and policies.

Ø  Assist with the coordination and oversight of an effective Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program that is in line with current industry best practices, regulatory guidance, and requirements.

Ø  Provide oversight and work with operations units to investigate transactions that are suspicious in nature. Create and enforce internal policies and procedures across all lines of defense.

Ø  Assist in responses to exams and audits and oversee corrective action of all related compliance deficiencies or violations.

Ø  Assist in Law Enforcement inquiries, SAR back-up requests and criminal subpoenas.

Ø  Assist with updates and revisions to BSA/AML policies and procedures.

Ø  Assist with administration of BSA/AML related training programs.

Ø  CAMS, CFE or other compliance-related certification required

Ø  Internal audit and examination experience, focusing on AML audits.

Ø  Must have prior experience with reviewing and working cases, preferably in the financial intelligence unit of financial institution.
